Arlen and his staff build this fabulous bike for the Avon Tire Company and managed to get it done just in time for this year's Sturgis Rally. The accents throughout the bike and the way the tire tread paint theme is carried through on the fenders and tank gives an idea of the never ending creative abilities behind the man who stands as the benchmark to all customizers, Arlen Ness. With that 240 racing tire on the rear, I can only imagine the lean angles this bike can attain in tight turns and the grip it must have as you accelerate out of those turns. Though we didn't get the technical specs from the Ness group, I can guarantee the motor is big and with lots of ponies - the sound it makes eliminates any doubts about the power this bike puts out. I wonder if Sir Ness has a need for another test rider?

    Our thanks go out to Arlen Ness and his marketing team for allowing us to bring you these first run photos of "Y2Kaos", the custom Arlen designed and unveiled at this year's 59th annual Sturgis Rally. Having had the opportunity to speak with Arlen and some of the Ness staff, I found it amazing to learn that Y2Kaos came off Arlen's drawing board only two weeks prior to Sturgis. Arlen and his staff literally worked 'round the clock to have this bike ready for Sturgis. Yes, it does run and was ridden around Sturgis.
